I agree on that thjs time is tbe best time to buy btc. WE can really buy btc today in a very low price which is low at risk and we can also gain a huge amount of profit if time comes that it's price pump. I think, if you are really inti Bitcoin and you are very confident that you can have your money back, then why not, but unlike before Bitcoin is very cheap yet the application or entities which you can use it is limited, so you have to convert it really, I believe as long as you can be hardworking with this currency you are possible to make yourself sucessful, just believe and work hard for it
