So I link this card to my Paypal account and send funds from my Paypal to the card account itself. How long does it take to take the money from the card account through an ATM? 1 week? 1 month?

This is with a USD card by the way, thanks.

Some US websites will only accept US credit card numbers - a Canadian or British VISA number will be refused even though the company accepts VISA, and even if I am in the US. Will these cards work in such a situation?

Just a very simple question, is this legal?
Which name has been used to register this card?
So which name do you use when buying online?

If a website only accepts US credit cards, then you need a credit card issued in US and there's NO way around it.

Thank you for the detailed explanation.  Smiley

Sorry I had a couple of more questions before making a purchase. I am a seller on Localbitcoins located in the U.S. Which payment method would I chose in order for the buyer to load their funds into my account? I see a couple of methods on Localbitcoins that may be possible;

1. International bank wire, any specific information I would need?

2. Western Union money to the account somehow?

3. Deposit cash into the account somehow?

4. Load Moneypak cards onto the account?

5. Bank transfer, but this account is Polish and most of my buyers will be from the US. How does this work?

Received my cards earlier this week.  Shipping time was just as expected coming from EU to west coast USA, during a polar vortex.  So very happy with the service and communication Mateo provided.  Highly recommended.  I have updated his trust rating as well for the purchase.

I will definitely be doing business with him again in the future.
