Could you check with your bank if they offer custom designs? It could be handy to make customs not suspicious if some bigger quantity would be ordered, I could say it's collectible items.

The cards come empty and must be loaded by bank/SEPA transfer with any amount to be activated. Any bitcoin accepting loader/fund transfer guide? I wonder how I could load one if ever I wanted it to verify paypal as I cannot send to cards until I'm verified. |

I need this card to Fully verify a Poland Paypal
The IBAN will be used to verify the Paypal While the card details will be used to verify paypal address .
Ques : Will I need to load fund into the card in other to use it to successfully verify the Poland Payypal acccount ?
Ques : Can I add an address to the Card?
Anybody who have experience in using this card to Fully verifying a Poland Paypal can advice me on what to do please .
I don't live Poland by the way . I will neeed a VPN with Poland IP to make this work right ...and can you recommend any ?

Haven't tested it, but, yes. Almost certainly, yes. "Does it matter in which country my card is issued ? We can fund any card (VISA/MasterCard) in any country." These are standard Visa debit cards without any specific limits from the bank's side, apart from those stated on the first page of this thread. Well I just jumped on BTC-E and it looks like VISA Electrons wont be able to be loaded from that exchange. https://btc-e.com/news/193 Could you inform me of any small exchanges that could make these withdrawls, similar to what conspirosphere was looking for?
