Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ?

Yes I am agreeable that it can be very profitable to hold Eth for a year. And even in out country Eth has been regarded as one on equal footing with bitcoin as indicated in an online exchange platform.
However I would advise against investing all your money in one single coin, and imagine, ALL your money. It is a totally insane idea and a total gamble.  Please diversify your investments.

I recommend not buying only one coin for all money, because the market is very unstable. I would invest up to 60% in ETH, the rest 40% distributed between other coins.

All the money I would not risk investing in eth, but 70% I would have invested.  The remaining 30% is better to invest in other coins.

No don't put all your money to buy ethereum just half of your money because you can use it for emergency. Also it not right to do because there's possible to lose your money but there's possible to grow your coin but its better if you divide it, atleast you have money to use.

I agree that platform coins will be more important that payment coins such as bitcoin in the near future. There is a lot of competition in Ethereum side platform coins, we see new platform every other day and all of them are really promising coins: Eos, Ada, Wan, Ont, Neo, Qtum, Lisk, Waves, Etc.

On the other hand there is not too much progress in Bitcoin side, except Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin, etc

I think platform coins will be more important, and then we will see Iota or Nano as payment options

If just to hold for a long time I would say no.
If to invest to other ICO project I would say yes (just invested in Welltrado).

I would not invest all my money in just one coin, I would divide my asset into several parts and buy different coins. But i think ETH will grow and will cost more than 1k $

I'm a big fan Of ETH and i would have said Yes you should BUY ETH with all your money, but i will be misguiding you. ETH is a very good coin that will give lots of returns to its investors with time, Bin one is not very advisable , you can instead spread your investments widely on various coins
