That seems to be a good idea to buy some cc and then buy TLNs. Btc and eth are not high, for now Smiley

Guys, is it possible that fiat/cc exchange rate will influence on price of tokens in cc?

Of course, yes Grin Tokens will be more expensive in $, cause you will need more $ to buy 1 eth (2500 TLNs). That's how market works!

Price of tokens nominated in ETH will be the same (2 500 TLN = 1 ETH).
But of course ETH will be worth more in terms of fiat money.

So, there will be levels of borrowers, right? What algorithm is behind it? What criteria?

What problems does blockchain solve in P2P real estate lending market? Or the reason of your ICO is just hype around blockchain?

Latvia is 3rd in a whole Europe with 110.7mln euros, that's impressive! Only France and Germany have bigger volumes Smiley

Of course blokchain can not enforce loan repayments, but blockchain technology can make internal records more transparent and and reliable and therefore eliminate many human related errors and mistakes.

Yes markets for such kind of loans in Estonia and Latvia are about 100 million EUR. More than enough for TokenLend platform for a successful start.

I also heard, that Latvian's market was the fastest growing one for some time. Don't know if that's true nowadays Huh
