Our team assumes a "minimal cap" required for the start of the project 800 ETH (our core budget amount).
"Soft cap" we assume an amount which would enable our team a faster start and more options compared with lesser amount.

I think it will be based on ICO price, If 1 eth = 2500 TLN so each TLN will worth around 0.0004 eth. That's will be the beginning for the  price on the market after it already listed. Hopefully, it will not below the price of ICO.
