I personally think it will reach 200 again early next year (2014).  

Then possibly reach 300 towards the end of 2014.

I think it will eventually. Not this year I don't think. Maybe early/mid 2014. Considering that it's already been there, I think January/February next year would be a good guess.

It almost certainly will, it's just a matter of when.

Would need some big news before then I think, which might include:

1) World events (favorable to bitcoin/gold)
2) Mt Gox withdrawals resume (they're saying they should have international wires resolved by year's end)
3) More well-funded bitcoin businesses - particularly those that make it easier to actually spend bitcoin (think Gyft).

In the States, it can still be a bitch to get bitcoin easy, particularly if you're less "technical".  Can you imagine your grandma trying to figure out how to purchase bitcoins?  Services like Coinbase are changing that, but there need to be more.  If Coinbase closed tomorrow, for example, we'd have a problem for a large percentage of US buyers looking to get bitcoin.
