It is possible to reach to USD 200 again, But no one knows when.

USD 120  per 1 BTC is the possible price if considering withdrawal in fiat. Only few exchanges are stable. MTGOX is now treated as not stable.

The current price is very lucrative and sustainable, the whales of trading are currently the ones actively sustaining the current price. The only thing that can raise the price to $200 is either a major News break relating a positive correlation, or the whales decide the market can actively sustain that price.

It will slowly climb to $200. It will surpass 200. We will see at what timeframe, but it will hit 200.

Same sentiment actually been tricking people to slowly earn a few dollars in btc just in case

I suspect that the idea of using personal certificates to appease money laundering rules will hit the price.

Much hanging on the situation in the US right now and how that impacts the $. Remember that BTC is always marked on $ so if we see exchange rates move on the $, we will also see value change in BTC. If I can suddenly start getting 2$ for my GBP my BTC is also worth less.
