for me $20.000 is not its real value yet,of course it will only happen if we can see an improvement and development on it.
reaching $20.000 is a small matter for them because they can push the price from $10.000 to $18.000 in a week time,

It's already been a crazy ride for me since 2013 and I think I've had enough and wouldn't want to risk more until I'm certain on where would this market go. If you cash out half your bitcoin holdings, it might be better to cash out in fiat rather than convert it into altcoins. Crypto has had a great rally in 2017 and you might want to enjoy the results. No point in going into an investment which is of higher risk (altcoins). If you want to gamble and are in cryptos for the thrill, then there is no harm in alt-trading.
