It is locked and it looks like it is a bull*it. What is the reason to lock miner with +20% performance increase to only one pool? If you can make build-in 1-2% donation to dev, open it for any pool and get much more profit!
I think it gives +20% bonus only on screen.
Also  XelaSpain just copied information from https://xdag.org/ announcement, he state he has:

- automatic pools switching. Our automatic system will redirect your miners to other one of our pools within minutes.

But he has not that feature, just copy-past. What a shame man?

We show all info and any can test it.

We have also have option for automatic pool switching.

Our GUI soft not have any fee and is why it lock to 2 pools.
