theres no minimum amount to start investing with. but asking this question makes you kind of a noob. better start investing with what you can afford to lose as you might not make the right decisions at the start.

There is no minimum amount to begin with, remembering that the lower the value of the investment, the greater the patience. For me, $ 100 is enough to start having a small profit in the market and multiply successively. how much you're willing to lose, training that ability is the way.

No minimum amount to start. You can even start without putting your own money by joining airdrops , bounty and signature campaign. There are a lot of opportunities depending on your skill.

I think you can start with a small amount.
I think you will get a small profit too, by investing in your trade will be easy to get, and you can be patient with trading so you will get a good profit.

I think if you want to start investing in cryptocurrency should know what is in it so as not to lose, and about the initial funding better start with some of the funds you have.

How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!

There is none actually. The amount of altcoins you need to start trading will be defined by two practical factors.

One, the amount you can freely spare (and wont mind losing) should things does not work out.

Second, the amount of profit you want to gain and how quick you want it.  A bigger capital would of course entail a bigger dividend or profit.

And kindly allow me to stress, invest only what you can afford to lose. Goodluck!

There is no fixed amount to start, each one has different value for money and each one has lot of money and some have less money. I always say that you can invest if you are a starter for trading like few bucks initially. Always invest what you can afford to lose and once you earn more profit then increase your investment step by step and never invest huge amount when starting.

Ideally, you use 10 percent of your cold money and when you use the trading gradually not all in. And I suggest trading crypto which has top 50 at coinmarketcap.com

If you have even $100 you can start investing. But first of all you must have some knowledge about cryptocurrency and the market. Without it you can lose your money. I think it is the smallest count of money you need to have.

You should think about that by yourself. No one knows about your finance better than you.
Then you should identify by yourself.

I think you can start with any amount, but my advice it must be good amount for you, lets say if you have 100k in bank then deposite 10-20k into crypto, if you got big salary lets say 10k per month you can deposite x2-x5 of your monthly income, all depends but in crypto you can start with even 1$.

I think he should start by studying cryptocurrencies most specially how to make investments and avoiding loss in investments, or maybe join some campaigns to earn some free coins to start up.

You should start to invest in lower money you can afford to loose because we can't predict it can be profitable in the long run.If ever you can gain profit with your investment them you should withdraw  your profit and add or put it in your capital so that it can grow in the long run.

How much you would like to earn? 100$, 1000$, one million dollars? What risk are you willing to accept?
If you invest only few bucks, you should accept higher risk to get some nice profit. If you invest bigger amount, than invest only into coins with a certain future.

Depends on how much time you have to spend on the budget. I started with $ 3,000. My budget is enough. I could not fold the par, I had no chances.

I think that there is no ideal number. You have to start from the sum that will not hurt your budget in case of loose. This sum is different for everyone. Also you can buy Ethereum or Bitcoin for all allocated money for crypto wait for the growth and than sell all of them. it is pretty a good sheme.

There is no ideal number. It depends on how much you have. And I do not think that's important. You can start with any amount. Important thing is your tactic, experience when trading. If you are a beginner, I recommend starting under $ 1000. Although your profits will not be high, it will help you get more experience.
