If you are number 1 it's your turn, it keeps changing because once you got a reward, you move back to the top of the list

Look at the roadmap, its not just a coin with no purpose, if the devs will follow the roadmap and list the coin at normal exchange there will be no dump.
Recent exhample is pioneer coin - it grows.
