Thinking of my own coin with casino. I will pre mine %30 for promotion and casinos bank 🏦 the rest will 20% for pre sale. What would you like on see the total coin count be and what else should I do? Would you like to stake and be able to mine or just stake what should the stake % be per year? Remember because of all the ad space I can have high faucet and lottery with airdrops.

Most pre sale money will go towards exchanger cost for adding the coin to at least 4 exchangers. Also any bounties for the ico creation and hosting. I may also have an affiliate program that is a mlm structure with levels if that is of interest.  So the money is going to the project.

It's a good idea. Fair casino on blockchain.

IMHO it should work on PoS. Bigger steak - more money.

I think people would like to see a CPU mine-able coin.

Good things to see on an ICO in my opinion are:

Names of the Devs involved - transparency is key, if people are to invest money with confidence they want to know who they are investing in as much as what they are investing in.
Whitepaper - a clear direction and intent with both a technical and non technical version available at the time of launching ICO. Really sell what makes your idea different - what's your unique selling point?
Clear Roadmap - realistic stage gates. You should include things youve already completed as that shows progress. And update it as you go.
Website - doesn't need to be the all singing/all dancing but it's good to have your own central official space.
GitHub - some presence on there with relevant details.
Social Media - use branded logins such as 'LuckyChain_Dev' so it's clear what messages are official and who's in charge. Setup the usual Announcement Thread and Airdrop Threads, Twitter and Telegram (have one for rolling news and another for open discussion). Get a logo and use it on all avatars and your website etc.

As for exchanges I hear Binance is good for new comers (not yet used it personally).

Just some thoughts! And good luck! I'm not into gambling (any more than crypto is a gamble!) but I applaud anyone giving their own ICO a go!
