What will happen to USD value of altcoins when Bitcoin corrects

This is my personal analogy:

Let's assume it corrects at 10,000USD or 12,000USD the other alt coins who  experience a hit as most short term investors would likely move their investments off ALT Coins to BTC knowing that the next consolidation would be at 20,000USD or 25,000USD by end of January.

Everyone would love to cash in.

They will probably crash but this will be not hard as bitcoin's coming crash because in other scenerio, they should at least triple in usd value, but that is not reasonable, it will lead to another crash

most altcoins will go down, you need to watch the extreme fall of the BTC and see which of the altcoins are least corrected-it has reliable altcoins!

The better coins will see their price in bitcoin go up a little. It's hard to say what will happen as people are anticipating on bitcoin's next jump up already.

They may make little increasings, at the end they would lose their value absolutely. No doubts for this. They would turn back to USDT maybe, but this would trigger a decrease in altcoin price.

It appears that most times when Bitcoin decreases most alts go with it. However, the strong alts stand out in this and some increase in sat price or remain the same. Lastly, it isn't always the same meaning when BTC goes down it doesn't mean alts will too in the bull run of this spring alts went up and had an inverse relationship most of the time I saw.

I am only quoting this, but i want to edit that one.

It would be better if you wrote; Everyone loves cash, and i am right with that, everybody is just moving their asses to where there is money. If bitcoin goes up, then everybody moves there.

if bitcoin goes down, then everybody moves back to alts.

Everyone would love to cash in.

And that is always the same cycle, that is the reason of why when bitcoin dropped today, almost all the altcoins were in big green numbers.

because btc holders moved a little budget from their btc money to altcoins, to protect their asses from a probably dip.

Its the life cicle peeps need to buy bitcoin most of the time to be able to buy altcoins and to trade with them. Thats why when altcoins are down btc is up when bitcoins is down some alts go up (but if to many want to cash out to fiat then alts can go a bit down as well).

The USD value of the majority altcoins will go down. But for some coin that gets a huge pump and that will be staying in a green way. As you can see the fact that bitcoin just like a rule in the crypto. Since it generates the real value of the altcoin. altcoin pegged with the bitcoin.
