on a side note has anyoen thought about adding a heatsink to their miners? and i assume it would affect the warranty?

I believe it already comes with a heat sink, but do correct me if I am wrong.

Received the shipment at around 1:30 PM today, all 116 units shipped by 3:55 PM Smiley Will email the tracking numbers out shortly, don't panic if you don't receive one right away! (might take me a couple of hours) You should all receive them by 1:00PM tomorrow, and they will need to be signed for.

All the units appeared to be black.

Happy hashing  Grin

I thought about it, but I'm running three now with a USB fan on them and it's working great. No need for extra cooling really.

I have seen pictures of someone who was running the miner from a laptop and it essentially sat on a heating,  essentially heatsink to heatsink. However I don't see that it will improve performance at all.  I have run 7 x units on one hub with and without a fan and they hashed at the same speed,  the fan just adds extra electric costs,  assume the heatsink will do the same  ie add to costs and not improve performance

Some people have said you get less hardware errors when using a fan to cool them - I use a usb fan with mine - to hell with the cost of electricity...
