I know that there are other posts about MyBitcoin in other threads but I can only post in here and I didn't see anything already here in the Newbie thread.

I am unable to login to MyBitcoin and I am very worried and don't know what to do.

Last week my account was hacked during the Mtgox fiasco (which, btw, I still can't login to my mtgox account either, but that is another sob story).
Yes I am one of the foolish noobs who used the same username/password and got cleaned out.  I was able to communicate with the help desk, they gave me their shpeel, I marked it down as a lesson learned, studied myself somesecurity and generated all new super secure passwords for everything.

Now:  because of MybitCoin's communication and my new found password awareness, I thought it'd be ok to keep using the same MyBitcion account (with my new super secure password, of course)
But to my horror, tonight, I tried to login only to repeatedly get denied with "Login incorrect! Please try again!"

I am certain that my login is correct. I copy/pasted straight from the keyring that generated the password to begin with.  I am freaking out.  I literally just put my life savings ($300, yea I know, I'm poor Tongue) into Bitcoin and now it has vanished before my eyes. I have no idea how to contact them, except to use the internal messaging system; which takes me to the next oddity:

I tried to create a new account so I can use the internal messaging system, but every single account I tried to create (I created several) had the exact same problem: I could create the account, but then I couldn't login to it! Very weird! I tried changing my IP and using a different browser, but nothing works!

I am wondering: have they froze all logins? is the site just down? If so, WHY HAVENT THEY SAID ANYTHING?  Why don't they put something up on the mainpage?! why don't they provide email support for people who can't login?!  Why don't they have a profile on this forum to answer our questions!? WHY DONT THEY UTILIZE A PASSWORD RECOVERY SERVICE?

Can anybody help me? point me in the right direction? please! These last couple weeks with Bitcion have been a complete nightmare with MtGox and everything. I have never been so paranoid about money before!

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

I too am unable to log into MyBitcoin or could create a login to contact them. Your issue matches mine exactly.

I hope it is not a hack, lets watch our blocks at block explorer and see what happens :S

Oh! I'm not sure of my address. I tried the one that I sent to back when I was trying to mine bitcoins, but it does not have registered my last few transactions, so it must have switched addresses on me or something :/

I never gave them my email! when I signed up I was never asked for one and I never remember seeing anything that would let me do so.  I wasn't worried at the time, but now I feel very foolish!

I noticed this thing :
The login address before was
https://www.mybitcoin.com/login/index.php
And this it is
https://www.mybitcoin.com/login/sign-in.php

I hope that it is some upgrades and not some hackers putting files on their servers :S

I'm not quite sure it works that way. MyBitcoin is a -shared- wallet. Yes, your address is unique to you but when you spend it can come from any address in the shared wallet. I imagine they tie the addresses for deposits to people and keep a database of how much each person owns. When you make a payment it can come off of anyone's address. This helps them keeps fees down as they can send "older coins". Just don't panic yet if you see some withdrawals off of your address that aren't yours...I'm kind of guessing though, I don't know how they have set it up.
