You have well calculated your portfolio for investment in coins, only I do not really believe in strong LTC growth, ETH is a more reliable coin.

If I had to invest now I would probably buy something like:

35% BTC (the big fish) 20% ETH (great ideas upcoming, also smart contracts) 15% XRP (banks) 10% XMR (privacy) 5% BCH ("hedge" the big fish) 5% IOTA (new tech, huge partners) 10% divided into some NEO and/or lower cap coins (for me currently DCR, POWR, RDN, XMY)

But just in case you still have your $50K with you, I would strongly suggest that you invest in coins which are undervalued with a relatively low supply and low market capitalization. I won't be able to point out exactly what coins these are, but I think it would be interesting that you make your own research on this.

$50k = 3.75BTC. I see suggestion in ethereum, I think this coins has a value and it should be more than the actual price, but saying the truth there are many other coin that have a good future (expecting) but also have a good opportunity to be grown very fast this year.

If you are just starting out, putting such a large amount into the market at once is never a good idea. Make sure that you familiarize yourself with the coins before investing in them.
