Yes it is valid but remember about the ethereum blockchin gets a problem. You can try to do another transaction through MEW and you can try to generate the new address and then send a little amount of ethereum to test it.
The block is not receiving your transaction. And you will be unable to find the detail of your transaction. because your transaction is still broadcast to the network and it's not yet accepted your transaction to be confirmed by the block.
Remember a lot of people are getting similar problem with you. Yesterday i've the same problem with it but i just try to send ethereum directly from my mew to the binance. If i were putting little fees and the transaction will be so difficult to be received by the block.
I just try to replace with another one with high fees and then it gets accepted by the network and the detail was appearing. after some minutes and it has got confirmation.
The problem was in your transaction fees because ccex is putting really small transaction fees. The majority of the exchange site already changed the transaction fees to follow the ethereum blockchain's problem.
The possible thing for you just waiting for some days later or next week. Because your transaction was in very low priority. It takes very long time to be confirmed by the network and your transaction will be appearing.
