People are expecting great profits in a short amount of time because they see the small number of people who make a killing off of some random altcoin because the price increased by like %1000 in two days. But that is a risky business and you miss more often than you hit. As with other investments, patience is key to make some money.

My answer.. Just wait!

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

This is a mid/long term "job". I don't expect to get a lot of profit overnight, but in time, i trust i did the right choice by holding some coins that in my opinion have potential.

It's a good choice to withdraw a part of your earning from bounty campaings, because you will earn in all of cases, I mean, If the token price will decrease, you are already sold it with a great price and you are already make profit, also if you save a part of tokens and in the future it will increase you will make a profit too.

It's really important within crypto to wait for your profit, many people expect things to happen within days and it just isn't like that. Just like anything real progress takes time and as an investor if you're not prepared to wait for that then you'll never have as much success as you possible could otherwise.

Yes people who are new to investing in crypto currency tends to panic at every drop and sell as soon as either prices went too low or prices went a bit higher than the buying prices they dont have patient to wait as bitcoins or any other crypto currency dont just increase a lot in just few hours or days it takes minimum of a month or so.

I agree. So many are so impatient or excited that they tend to stress themselves. The value of profit in this system does not happen overnight. It takes about three months to see the value of your coins/tokens. Throw away greed, don't be paranoid, and practice patience.
