You need to be patient in project you hold for the long term, and you should not panic sell. However you need to be quick in volatile markets such as crypto trading and use profit gains and stop losses some times.

Investment is like growing a plant, if you plant a crop and immediately uproot it to see if it has some tuber or fruit, will the plant ever survive? It just doesn't make sense to be looking for immediate profit after a one week investment!

Hi, I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit.. After 14 days the price is dropping.. They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  ) My answer.. Just wait! - Developers can't work 24 hours a day - don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  - a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient.. If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.I agreed this value topic. Anyway all investor's extremely want to be patient who having coins come to the big valie in the market. Project's developers cant control market trending point. Coin value depend its P2P trading method. |

You are completely right. Most of people quit early and then they regret their decision. You just need to be patient and there will be much more profit
The golden rule in crypto. Patience is virtue. If you don't have patience then you can't succeed in cryptocurrency. People mostly thinks that this is a easy money once they invest they thought they will easily get their profits. |

For me, profit taken is based on how I feel the fundamentals behind a project is going, if I think it is becoming weak, I will start selling my portfolio. I think the concept of HODL is wrong, we all agreed that most of these projects would fail so why do I need to show any emotional attachment to any when I see a profit in my investment

it is not always like this. for example when you post this topic it was almost end of bull run. so the ones that were waiting patiently lost so much profit. timing and price targets should be good otherwise waiting may cayse huge losses as well.

It's not the best strategy. If you've never sold your coins, you've lost much more money, that you could have earned. At the end of December, it was necessary to sell nearly 80% of portfolio and purchase coins again now. It was obvious even for many ordinary people! |

Holding a token, or simply HODL is not easy for everyone. Some people can never wait for their profit. They are seeking instant daily trading and they don't hold their assets. That's why they can't obtain nice profits. |

Yes it is correct that you have to be patient for your profit. If you are not patient for your profit then you will not earn big you have to be patience so you will earn big. Some other are being nervous when they see the price is changing. You have to wait patiently to have a good profit. I am telling you that if you are too impatient you will not earn big you will not gain your profit for it is important that you patiently wait for gaining good profit. Like me I do not sell or trade my crypto I wait or a good price to earn big. Many are patiently waiting for the good price now is the time that you have to wait for a little because as I have checked the price of the crypto is going up so it is nice to sell, trade or exchange it into cash. Don't be afraid if the price is getting low it is normal.

100% agree with you on this... I'm invested in Eth for a year and am not worried one bit since I know that it's one of the best coins out their with the best team of devs behind the scenes. |
