I think Investors have learned from bch and btg, those are free money for btc holder. they won't miss the chance to get upcoming airdrop again so they buy btc as much as possible. maybe that's why the price keep going up

The only thing which is making bitcoin market value to rise this much is none other than that of increasing demand of bitcoin in the international market. bitcoin uses so much because no matter what they know and how little bitcoin they know they still enter it and they just use bitcoin to invest and hold bitcoin so they earn it because bitcoin is just the highest which is the price of all the coins, so many users and lots of bitcoin buyers so its price rises.

Bitcoin and others altcoin going up trend I think because many new investor jump in to cryptocurrency , this is we can see from volume of market cap that increasing 4 times more, and in the future will many and many again new people will jump it.

The huge price bump is happening due to more number of new investors but now the bitcoin price got stabilized at $16k.But altcoins price started to bump for eg:LTC it reached $250 just few moments ago which is a sign that more people in the world started to accept crypto currency. |

The world is getting digital that's why its soaring high. There are lots of digital businesses and even traditional businesses are going digital. The users are getting more also and the demand goes up. If the demand goes up then the bitcoin price is soaring high as well. Its actually the impact of its positive result.

In my opionion it has to do with the Bitcoin futures launch.
I think many hedge funds are buying up bitcoin to later market make with it.
They will basically use that Bitcoin to arbitrage against spot and future exchanges. So they don't really care what price they pay as long as the futures markets have good volume.

Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency and it is decentralised so no one control the Bitcoin value. Many investors and many companies are investing in Bitcoin and most of the miners also mining the Bitcoin. These are the main reason to raising the value. In future also it will raise because day by day increasing the competitors so demand is increasing in digital market. |

Bitcoin is still in developing mode, high fees and slow transactions slowed down progress, but not forever. Bitcoin price dropped due some whales are started to dump bitcoin at high price, that triggered panic selling and in days demand from very high was law, and supply ESS going up because everyone wanted to sell. Bitcoin is stabilized now, some whales are getting back after they earned a lot with shortage and price is rising steady. This 10-20% fluctuations doesn't concerns me, I think we will steady end in the first quarter of the year with price higher then 12000 dollars. This year will bring some excitement but only in third quarter, this and next one will be calm, we deserved a breaks after hell of the ride last year. |

There's a lot of factors to consider why most of the prices of cryptocurrency are decreasing, it may be the market corrections, seasonal factors like Christmas, New year, Valentines and Chinese new year where most of the people spend money resulting from cashing out their own bitcoin assets, Fud's and dumps made by groups of people who want to make bitcoin affordable so that they can buy cheap coins, latest incidents like banning, scams and strict regulations. |
