There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Sorry to say but I would advise people not to trust similar services with their coins. Mining pools are different because you're not giving large sums of coins to the pool, while with staking pools, you're trusting the service provider with your funds who can always rip you off.

That's one of the reasons why I didn't post this at the very start of the service but instead ran the service for a month before posting here, you can check the discord to know more about the pool

Have been staking in the Hold pool as well as the new MutualCoin pool. Stakes are updated regularly and communication by pool owner is very good. I would recommend to anyone with too few coins to stake on their own!

I've staked with small amounts but they've grown substantially. The pool is managed well and I've received my coins in a timely manner.

Yes, it's always a risk. But the pool owner is looking long-term by building a pool community. I will join the pool again with new coins being added all the time.

Been using this pool from the beginning. Great coms and have multiple coins staked. Spreadsheet updated frequently and up to date stakes. If you don't have enough coins to stake properly I highly recommend this pool.

Sure, for small amounts it's fine or as long as people realize they are trusting someone with their money.

OP could be the nicest guy but his service still relies on having to trust him.

i agree with you that you have to put trust in the pooloperator but pools are necessary with high pos coins because of fast growing supply

you can do 3 things cash before you can t stake solo anymore, buy more therefore increasing your risk or join a pool

the nice thing about this one is there are new coins added to you can diversify

and the services may be extended to hosting masternodes

@bathrobehero do you have some solutions to make this pool more legit in your eyes because i think this guy really wants to build a

business like model of this so any improvement is always welcome

Nice service you have got there, I have been toying around with the idea of staking pools ever since I left PosWallet (similar service, trusted and with an inbuilt exchange that worked for a very long time). They simply announced delisting, and as I wanted to avoid high fees on withdrawals, I liquidated everything I owned there to POSW, which, well, is hardly worth much now.

Risk to stake on your own, in my experience, buy a lot of coins and see their value drop, and always issues with network and of course electricity to leave everything open while it crashes as you sleep. Risk with staking pool, they run off with your coins.

Let us see if you have this pool still up after 6 months, then you have a reputation!

I don't have a solution, obivously other than why not stake yourself? I mean if you only have a couple of bucks worth of coins that would take days/weeks to get staking rewards to, then sure a pool is a good idea. But for bigger amounts staking by yourself is the only safe option I see - even if you only get paid every few days.

@bathrobehero i already stake some coins onthere by myself but also joinded the pool with a part of those coins just to support this guys

efforts and i really like the community onthere but thats personal opinion

i am mostly intrested in his future development of a masternode service and shared masternodes because while most people onhere

claim setting up a masternode is easy i don t think so and i am not even talking about keeping it running and keeping thieves of the vps

i like to see more masternode services so that normal people like me can also create some monthly revenue to better their lifes

everybody is working on a website also for if discord is down he can be reached there also and ofcourse onhere so thats positive imo
