As far I as I got that, Ingeniciel is more about medical records and data storage.
WELL has a wider specialization. Besides keeping medical records safe, WELL  is first of all a global marketplace where patients can get consultations with doctors.

I believe that in urgent cases it's necessary to call ambulance either way.
The team has been considering such a possibility, probably in the future we will implement connection with laboratories.
