Im running Electrum (for BTC) 2.7.12, while on the website the 3.0.2 is available.
Should I update?
I'm just concerned about security issues, Electrum already works super smoothly right now.

I still suggest you to update. I just updated, it works good. Visuals look bit bigger.
And its better to update everything in general, there might be bugs they fixed as  2 -> 3 must be big update.

Thank you for the reply.
I'm a bit worried of  bugs in the next version and risks due to installing malicious software. Now that BTC is worth so much we should be very careful.  Grin

I'm running 2.7.18 as well. I think I will stay away from updating. The version that I'm using is super stable. And just like what they say, if ain't broke, don't fix it. So I will not update unless they are not going to support this kind of version or some kind of backward compatible in the future.

Guys, hello! Can you know which is the safest and best purse for storing BTC and tokens? Almost every day I hear about the penetration into the wallets :-( This is now really a problem ( I will be very grateful for the tips.

For bitcoin - Bitcoin Core, Electrum and GreenAddress. I personally used Electrum and GreenAddress though, lightweight and fast unlike Bitcoin Core which you need to download the full node.

As for tokens. MEW, https://www.myetherwallet.com/ is the best wallet to hold multiple tokens and ETH.

Exodus - for altcoins

Of course, you have the responsibility to protect our wallet at any cost. Just search and go around the forum. I'm sure you will pick up a lot of tips.

Thank you very much) It's just that there is not much time in this period, so there's no time to give this question) Good luck)
