Do you think people understand that it is just money changing hands like if you were making and selling new paintings ?

I wrote an article about it here: https://medium.com/@netcashfx/bitcoins-wealth-is-not-a-threat-152b1a90489d

Yes its to risky to buy now as there are lots of bad possibilities. CME millionaires might dump it.  And look at the chart. Its not good.

What do you mean with "making and selling new paintings"

Do you think people understand that it is just money changing hands like if you were making and selling new paintings ?

Bitcoin is a currency, only that it is a digital one , and in fact you are never seeing the coin that you are sending/receiving because it is stored on the blockchain.

But why should people be afraid for it? No one is going to be poor because of no holding cryptos, and no one knows if there is going to be a crash or no.

Oh my god.. i have never seen a post like this.. saying that people is afraid of it.. what the hell.

I think the risk comes pretty much with any investment, specially with the crypto ones. Bitcoin is at it's peak for the moment. It would be advised to be careful.

Pricing a painting has a bunch of factors to consider before selling it: Size, Quality, Creativity, Time, Emotional Attachment, Artist etc. you can't just compare art to currency, bitcoin's price depends on its demand and popularity, I'm afraid bitcoin is just like a money you just hand it over to another person then transaction done, these days it is more like as an investment as long as they are not fixing the scaling issues but the currency features is still there.

Yes thats true when we enter here must be open for the consequenxes that our profit might get into, we should aware of its cgaracteristics like the volatility feature of Bitcoin that causes the ups and downs of the price, we should all aware of it and keep optimistic regarding this platform.

I believe that the fear is for anonymity and why we have not dedicated ourselves to giving you a vote of confidence, if we just followed more closely this volatile market you could deposit a little more of us and handle it at your convenience

I don’t think that it is 100% true. Though charts are not moving in good direction or we are not having the good time with bitcoin but I still think we need sometime to be given for the bitcoin to recover from the sink that it had in last month. The reason for this sink is scaling issues. Our transactions are too costly and they are not getting confirmed on time, I’m sure that this is temporary issue and it is primary reason for bitcoins current fall. Millionaires will dump whenever they want but this is not the good time for them either so they won’t do it for sure. So let’s make this investment even tighter and hope that bitcoin will catch up the good market cap again.

Everyone should diversify his portfolio and don't bet everything just on BTC. Although I don't think that we should afraid about BTC. BTC is still a leader of cryptoworld and nothing will overcome him in the next 2 years in my opinion.

Isn't that just markets in general?

It's merely a question of whether more people enter or leave the market (ie. profit takers vs new money). There's a lot of cash lying around, since stock markets are arguably overheated as well and bonds are a losing proposition right now. Sooner or later this cash has to be invested somewhere...

if you are afraid of bitcoin, walk away!
im taking that the OP is worried about loosing something although he doesnt specifically say it.
people are trading bitcoin for other crypto currencies and even fiat so when we trade something of value it has to change hands,
when trading sometimes we loose and sometimes we win,
everybody is and should make the best choices possible to minimise risk and maximise gain

Other thinks that bitcoin is a scam but you have never invested a real money on it. Maybe it is because a lot of dishonest people who create a distractive and non sense conversation to others especially if it is dealing with money. In my own opinion we don't need to be afraid because the money that we are talking in bitcoin is just a vital currency. For me bitcoin is a big help not just for me but also to other people, aside from gaining a currency but it is a challenge for yourself to be more competitive.
