Exchange prices are decided by the first trade and subsequent market trades. |

Hey Electrified. 1 KW is not equal to 1 USD. The KW Tokens are internal tokens that represent units of energy on the RED Platform. Depending on the local market exchange rate there can be a different rate between KW tokens and KWh delivered. Which means that the price shouldn't be determined by monopoly or a centralized institution like DOE. |
