I would suggest you give him a ETH address that you have access to the private key. Use something like MEW or metamask.

As IHT is an erc token, ETH address can store many erc tokens within 1 address. However, if you do not have full access to the ETH address like those in exchanges, you may not access to the erc tokens that are transferred over there.
