There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

If you don't pay recomended fees, you will have that problem always and especially now when there are so many unconfirmed transactions. Luckily your transaction has 0.0001005 BTC fee which means it's acceptable for viabtc to include your transaction in their free accelerator. But you have this chanse once in every hour and you have to do everything in seconds because their accelerator is spammed too, much requests.

is one of the outputs (13TbwovzJ) owned by you? (as a change address) do CPFP tx to speed it up if you want
and you can't say massive fee when you only pay a measly 10050 sats (15.045 sat/B) for a 0.03629526 BTC tx
with current rate, that's $ 1.70 fee (0.27%) for $ 613.77 tx ($ 697.45 total)
I used low fee too but I can accept the slowness, if you can't... raise the fee Tongue
or try use free acceleration service out there as mentioned by the post above me

I apologize for saying that... but they (miners/wallet services) are not asking for the high fees
they simply choose transactions to be included in a block based on the highest to lowest tx fee rate in mempool
and the wallet you're using simply suggest the recommended (average) tx fee
anyway lets not debate about fee rate, this is Technical Support SF lets discuss how to get your tx confirmed
you can do CPFP or attempt a double spend tx, it's your choice... or just wait till it gets confirmed or dropped

Everything works perfectly, seems you aren't quick enough to do that task. Viabtc is set on GMT+0 (GMT+0 Standard Time is Greenwich Mean Time) so for example when there is 22:00, you have to immediately enter your transaction id, you have to so it in 2-3 second or you will see accelerator overloaded again because it's spammed, now everyone knows about their free acceleration service. Well, I'll do it personally and make viabtc to include it in their mined block.
