I have used GDAX some time ago. Nothing bad telling the truth. Exchange prices were quite moderate. Now I am trying to use GMO Coin. I don’t now if it suits you but the quotation there is low as for me.

Use another website that can support your Country. Coinbase and Bittrex like to shut down accounts for no reason.
Bitstamp is a decent exchange though I am not so sure if they are residing in the USA anymore.

there are still many good and reliable exchanges besides the usa based exchanges. you can try binance and I think binance is one of the traders' favorite exchanges.

You actually noticed very important thing. Price differences between different exchanges. Using this difference you can make money, my friends do it. It is called arbitrage trading.

I have heard Bitifinex is best for the lowest price but often times it depends on how things are going that day. I have seen all the websites be a slight bit lower and higher on any given day they must have a formula that determines their price points.

It usually happens when there is a huge surge or drop. It will be arbitrated in few days...

Anyway yes yesterday there was a 10% difference in ETH EUR price between Kraken and GDAX

I noticed that Bitfinex is a little bit late and lower when it comes to USD->BTC->Alts than Bittrex.
But when it comes to quick and quickly updated, it has to be coinbase (since there are a lot of users).

Compare the three:
When prices are falling, in coinbase you will quickly experience the rate of fall, might be/but there are limited type of coins to trade.
When the price is stable, again, in coinbase you will see the highest possible prices.
