Guys what will happen if you accidentally lost the copy of your private key?..it's still possible to transfer your tokens to your other wallet using your wallet address..?? Does anyone know?..thanks in advance
No one will be able to access your wallet if you lose PK, and no one can help you to access your wallet again if your PK is lost
It is right. Private keys are too important, and losing it will really  cause you a big trouble.
Unlike other accounts or wallet, some  wallet used passwords instead of private keys and it is recoverable once you forget it but passwords has a possibility to cracked or hacked by hackers thats why it is still risky. But using private keys, even you cannot recover it once you lose it. It is really secured. It only depends on you if you take care of your private keys you wont lose it. Just like mine, i save my private keys in my phone's secret vault and also by having its backup in my google drive. Cool.

No, you can't transfer your coin just with an address, because if it's possible then we can steal other people's coins just by knowing their address.
As far as i know, there's nothing you could do if you lose your private key, since it's the way to open and access your wallet.
What you need to do is just let it go, and make other new wallet. Don't forget to back it up many times in many places though, just in case the same thing happens again.

if you lost your private key, its the end of your bitcoin assets. In etherium wallet, once you loss it, you will loss your access to your tokens and I think it is really impossible without it.

If the private key is lost, it means that you have lost the bitcoin assets forever, which many people have lost in the past. Grin Grin Grin
Damn that must indeed really suck, since bitcoins is really expensive, wouldn't it be prudent to store your private keys in a very secure location where you wouldn't easily loss all the money that you have stored in your wallet.

Thats the bad thing that you gonna regret if you lost the copy of your private key. You can not access and one can access now in your wallet. And all your tokens are in absolute black cold place that no one could ever get.

Nope, there's no other way you could retrieve your wallet once you lost your private key. Even the platform itself couldn't help you with that. Try to be careful next time. Because your private key is really your only security against those hackers/scammers so please be extra cautious next time. There are a lot of ways you could back it up. But the damage has been done, and I'm so sorry that your portfolio is gone.

if the personal key of the wallet is lost then you will lose the entire coin in it. losing a personal key to a wallet is a very fatal mistake, for me it's a huge loss if in it is a very valuable coin.

If you do not know your private key then you can not do the tokens transaction: You understand that the wallet is inserted: Then you have to make a new wallet.

No private key -> no funds.

It is simple as that, if you are using a wallet that requires to you paste the private key in there everytime that you want to send funds, then you are fucked.

If you are using a hardware wallet, then there is no problem, but better to buy a new one and move the funds.

Unfortunately it is true. You can lose your passport but not private key. Because you can apply for a new passport by saying it is lost but if you lose your private key there is nothing that you can do.

If you lose it then it is just like you lose your money in that wallet, it is very hard to know the private key of one account and it is impossible to have if you do not have the exact copy of it. Sorry for your lost.

your fund will lost forever if you loose your private key, your private key or json file is the only way you can interact with an address of ethereum to control the fund inside the address

In decentralized wallets private key is the only source to access your wallet. You should always keep a double backup(both in physical and digital form) of your private key. There is no alternative to access the wallet without private key or seed, so nobody can really help you in this matter.

Hi. Unfortunately no you cannot. If you lost your private key or PC or all this things it's mean you lost all! But you need keep control and just relax! Maybe you will find the copy or this situation can be changed somehow.

You can't do it using the wallet address. However, if you have any one of these (Keystore / JSON File / Mnemonic Phrase) then you can access the wallet and send the tokens.

If you lose your private key then everything is lost, it is that simple, there is no way to get it back, now if you have the seed words of your wallet you could recreate your wallet and create the private keys once again, so make an effort to have that information as well in two separate places that way it will be almost impossible to lose your coins.
