It is even better for you to invest in the coins now when the entire market is down, the coins are cheap and you can buy a good amount of the coins for very cheap at this time now that everything is in the red.

Half a year ago I would say yes, but currently I don't invest in ICOs and can't recommend to you.
It seems to me that ICOs are death right now and I avoid such investments

You should do it right now, before the next bullish period. I would not recommend to participate in ICOs at the moment. But if you find a good one, just wait until this ICO will be live on exchanges and get their tokens for a lower price. Even lower than ICO price.
