Want to build a team.

Hi.

I've been toying with an idea for a while now, writing down notes and I think I'm finally at the stage we're I start gathering a team and turning this idea into a reality. The idea runs on the basis on Indexes, and with the recently successful launch of CRYPTO20, and other numerous other Indexes blowing up, there seems to be a public interest in Indexes. My idea is bound to smash all these out of the park, but will require quiet a bit of effort.

but i doubt its going to work if its a situation in which "you want to build a team"

i want to build a business not a team, and i am looking for people building a business and income source with me, i dont look for bricks that obey orders

i am excited about the idea of building a tether alternative, since tether has become to big

It would be great if you also provided a bit more information about yourself. I assume you're looking for a team to work on an equity-basis without any fixed salary? Are you looking for developers? Marketers? Traders?
