Should be 0.12%, because it's already in % form.
You need to multiply by 100.

So what the point? Why should i ger paid less if i found coint earlier and started supporting it?  really first block reward is 0.027?...

PoS in a month, some people preffer to buy earlier instead of mining it, the slow growing reward is a way to prevent a instamine
