There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

The idea of this coin is interesting. Instant mining resistant. Unfortunately I'm not able to mine coins. But I will track this project anyway

people why are you so raping an empty network? only the complexity increases .. from such a hasht, the 480 block will not be dug faster.

Cpu mining can be used?

Yes, but it is not efficient

If the reward is so low, how can we compete with dev's staked premine when POS is enabled?

The dev team is compromised to not stake the premine

There is full miners reward plan:

 int64_t nSubsidy = 0 * COIN;

    if (pindexBest->nHeight == 1) { nSubsidy = 60000 * COIN; }
    else if (pindexBest->nHeight <= 480) { nSubsidy = 0 * COIN; }
   else if (pindexBest->nHeight <= 1920) { nSubsidy = 0.02777777 * (pindexBest->nHeight - 480) * COIN; }
   else if (pindexBest->nHeight <= 15001) { nSubsidy = 40 * COIN; }
else { nSubsidy = 1 * COIN; }

I find this coin start awesome.
Looks like the dev wants ECTAM to last much longer than other recently popped coins.

Are there will be premine sale auctions?
What is target price?

Probably no, since a exchange arealdy launched

Correct??

Yeah, you are right

DEV ! Can you edit your post? It's hard to see.

What do you mean?

But why does the present block reward be 0?

Anti-premine

42.7 Gh/s

Did dev provided explorer?

Yeah, we are going to provide a explorer in a few days

Very interesting beginning. Protection from instant mining and  low pre-mine are impressive. The complexity has already skyrocketed. It's a pity that the algorithm is not a GPU-friend.

It is ok for GPU, temperature is a bit hight but AMD and Nvidea are on the same level of efficient
No. https://www.ebay.com/itm/X11-X13-X14-X15-Quark-Qubit-Miner-Baikal-Giant-2000Mh-s-430W-DASH-miner-/112486640080 this little baby is faster than your GPU rig. Do you really think that current hashrate come from GPU?

At what block will we get full reward of 40 coins? Right now its useless when hundreds of miners are supposed to share 0.167...
