You guys should stop placing so much weight on the rank, a month ago it was possible to make a hero account in one day.
Look at the activity, trust and check the persons threads.

People are lazy - they'll use any indicator and just assume it's reliable. |

Edit: Your account, Inedible, would fetch him 0.18 BTC a month for just changing your signature and registering Your second payout will only be your newer existing posts means you have to make at least 100 posts per month. hilarious. This has been changed but I'll change it back if people start abusing it with buying dead accounts. |

I'm not here to bash (to much) but after doing a search around trade fortress I don't think i would deal with him. I can't even recall anything good, not that i dug to deep.
