There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

the buyer self must know what he buys, when, how much and for how long.

edit
btw this "+20%" is defined not by issuer Smiley

Agree but I don't see where I mentioned the rise was decided by the issuer. Maybe you can help me finding where I mentioned such absurdity  Smiley

Why no dividends yesterday (Aug 31)?

That's a good question indeed.

Although a double payment went out on 1 September to cover the missing one from 31 August, as of 3 September we're now back to being behind by one day again, since no payment went out on 2 September. Any news?

Ah crap your right.

This was my fault. I have been sick during the holiday weekend. When I looked last night I was thinking I just made the two days worth of payments.
Clouded head/thoughts don't help when trying to do financial dealings which is why I try to avoid touching/saying anything related to the system the does not "need" to be handled.
Never good to code/make decisions when you have a hard time focusing/concentrating.

I have made two dividend payments today to make up for it. Should be back to daily again.

Thank you,
Ukyo

Super -- and many thanks for the speedy reply. I'm sorry to hear you've been ill, especially over the weekend; take good care of yourself!

Folks holding the Ukyo.Loan might be interested in some thoughts I've offered about it in the monthly report for the BTC Growth fund, where I mention that the fund has acquired around 11.6% of the outstanding units:

Comments welcome.

That looks to be the case. However, there were also three payments on the 27th (maybe to cover 28th and 29th in advance?), and a 150% payment on the 30th.

Why would people be selling this at under face value when then can simply be redeemed for face value. It makes no sense to me.
