Sending first is not the issue, chargebacks are. I'm pretty sure this is what AnonX is warning people about.

Another red flag would be "June 24, 2011, 07:34:59 PM". A couple posts in 2011 and in russian, then nothing since up until now. Most users will assume you bought this account and most (not all) buy older accounts to attempt to scam people.

maybe you should withdraw the paypal to your bank and use a different payment method. in the time you posted the OP you could have done that.

Lots of my customers provide their Id's. I have no interest in using your information for any purpose other than to see if you are the owner of the paypal account. You can black out your information other than name and picture.

Really there is no good reason why you wouldnt provide proof of Id unless you are scamming.
