I don't think it is fool to invest not just on bitcoin but to any other cryptocurrency in the market. There are risks, but we face risks and use the fluctuations of these cryptocurrencies to our advantage. Patience and faith is what measured in this business and it is not foolishness to believe on it. Just remember to invest or put stake what you are prepared to let go because tomorrow is uncertain but we can hope. |

I don't think those investing in BTC are as foolish, they believe in the coin and that's all that matters, people have decisions to make and anyone bold enough to put their money into BTC especially at this time and market situation may simply know what they are doing, I personally I believe BTC still has quite alot to offer the market

You.... really.... like.... to use.... ellipses.... (ellipses are three dots by the way...) Ironically, this persons strangely worded post might not be that far off. From when the OP posted, btc peaked a bit more around 19k and it has been down ever since. It can easily be argued that the op was right. However, the overall numbers just don't add up when compared to other similar, speculative, markets in the past. The closest thing we can compare to is the dot.com bubble, and we are seeing a lot of similarities in how the market was acting back then to how crypto is now. If that is the case, then crypto is only halfway through to totally popping. Wild, speculative markets based on new game changing tech reach market caps in the TRILLIONS of dollars before popping. So I believe that btc and crypto still ahve a ways to go. And btc will remain the foundation of value for at least another year. |

These are foolish people who often get big chances of wealth and it also happened in bitcoin. In the start when bitcoin started then wisdom people thought it as a useless coin and some other started to mine it and to get it and use for their purposes, they even were not aware that the price of it will rise much higher (remember the pizza boy) and still they kept them in their wallets and a time came when bitcoin reached to thousands of dollars and these people are now the wealthy people of the world. |

Bitcoin started with at least 5 dollars a coin, and if you have to consider it now, you're still earning.
Volatility is stressful for stock brokers and bitcoin has a lot to offer too, if you can't handle that then maybe it's not the investment you're looking for.
Try investing for gas, it has a quite stable price in the market.
