Hi, i am very new to all this so take it easy on a newbie, please.

I know there are alot of group funding type pools like this one that may allow us citizens. but i am
looking at bitclub because i have a friend already in.  but they say they dont allow citizens from the usa.  but i have talked to usa citizens who are in bitclub.
i dont know if they joined before and are now "grandfathered" in, so
from what i can see, i could join, and get started using a vpn, etc.

what i want to know is whether they are really enforcing this rule about the usa ?

they say there is a full refund if you do join and they decide to give you the boot.

Is there an underlying reason, like they dont want traffic going directly from the usa to the website ?

thank you for any information.

My def of scam would be the miners saying they're not getting paid.  You did actually read it, right?  Tongue

More details of this scam:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1152263.0

Don't touch it.

Unofficial & Uncensored SYSCOIN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4748031.0
Do not trust Yobit/HitBTC/C-cex/Poloniex/WEX/KuCoin/LiveCoin scam exchanges or shady ICO's run by known scam companies like HashCoins/Ambisafe/Bountyhive etc - they WILL scam you!
Use due diligence & do research. Buy the coins, sell the coins - don't invest in stupid shit. If your questions aren't answered - don't touch it.

This is from my Bitclub Network news area, even though I see people using VPN's to join:

7. Legal Structure. We are working on many different strategies to protect BitClub. This includes leaving all unfriendly markets and focusing on blockchain and bitcoin friendly countries. You will likely see us pull out of more markets in 2018 and this includes the US. If you are in the United States you will see a big crackdown coming as we formalize and protect this company so just be aware of this. We have warned on it many times.
