It is a fake email, anybody can make an email address there.
Just send a password recovery link to your original email:

Pretty sure thats the same message I got with mine when it was locked. It goes to a white screen
with that message. Just might be a default message for froze accounts theymos put out when the passwords
got breached 2yrs ago. It's not an email. Chances are the account is locked so it couldn't be hacked.
