I don't think there is anything like a stable altcoin, except you have a range of volatility you are looking at even at that, it is not entirely possible to have one, the only places you can find stability is in fiat which is known as Usdt in most exchanges

there is no stable altcoin price compared to dogecoin, and you can prove it yourself, but the coin is not worth trading, and most people use dogecoin for exchange when doing widraw.

For me,MONERO is a good cryptocurrency to store value in, because it's prize is not looking like moving anywhere anytime.
