Some coin are just there for money making purpose, but some top list is really exist to serve its purpose (which will gradually change this world) so I think those are stable one.

Stability is overvalued. Every coin that is balancing through the market is fluctuating. Every coin is changeable but I would put my trust to Ethereum cause it has the secured technology and big base of the users. Most of the other tokens that are coming from the ICO sales are based on the Ethereum blockchain. Ethereum has very slow movement through the markets and its value is close to stable. Ethereum growth is moving market traders towards it and the developers of this coin are experienced very well. With every flaw in the system, they are working hard to fix it. Prices will go up and down like they always have, but the truly stable projects will proceed with their roadmaps despite of the market fluctuations. That's stability; the capacity to move forward even in chaotic occasions.
