I am not sure if I am in the right thread - feel free to move the topic.

I was trying to send some altcoins from one address to the other (to 0x53cf3B1b3D59e4D3dE7b093faa5Bedcb3d0Cf90c).
I however did not send those altcoins, but etherscan.io wrote down this transaction:

I do not know about the receiver address and have never signed this transaction. Can you please help me here?
