I think it depends on the total amount of team. I think there will be hired more devs after the end of ICO and the final realese will be much earlier. At least I hope so

Will u burn tokens? Because that is the thing that can force the price growing process. Limited supply is cool but from my point of view burning tokens is the key so steady price increasing
