ETC is rising steadily. What do you think?

I was looking around at some altcoins. Been following ETC progress for a while now. Its slowly but steadily rising. Good investment maybe?

Its been interesting for Ethereum and all its investors, because Ethereum has been steadily rising as you said. It seems to have found a steady base at the 650-700 mark by its slowly rising and then dipping back down again. It will possibly do this until the end of the year, until it goes up to $1K by January 2018.

ETC is good for long term hodl. Yep, it's steady as of today. Soon it will pump to 100 USD We don't know when. Better to buy and hodl now and wait for the time to pump.

I think etc is kind of danger to invest now because the price has been rising quite long, etc only rising because of the pumping and rely on trading transaction volume, it's not used in any site, so I think you need to reconsider or you need to wait for a very long term to get profit

Ethereum classic just a fork token from ethereum, that would not be surprised to see the price of the fork will be steadily increased to follow the real token. but there is no actual use of this kind of coin rather than become another pump and dump in exchange site. The fact there are so many coins were offering a better service than it.
The ETC fans do not know about that.

Ethereum is fork actually. ETC continue native blockchain from genesis block. May be they haven't such marketing, volumes, teams as Eth. But they work and do roadmap. I'm not ETC fan but we need to be impartial

I think ETC still depends on ETH. But ETH has more prospects. Vitalik Buterin has created a good strategy for the development of his crypto currency. And the transition to PoS will give a boost to growth.

I actually hodl an equal value of both, whenever i add to my ETH stack i add the same dollar value in ETC. been wokring pretty well

Ethereum will be on a steady rise for sure, since its the best Altcoin of all. Ethereum is in fact a less volatile coin than the rest.
It's also very much in common with Bitcoin from the stable point of you, and that it will climb eventually, i truly believe that it will reach $1k by early January.

Ethereum is definitely a good investment and I am sure its price will definitely increase in future.  You can see nowadays daily many ICOs are popping up and all these  ICOs  use ethereum platform to build their tokens and smart contracts. So obviously its price will increase and I am sure that its a good investment if you consider for long term investment.

This is exactly the reason that ETH will rise to $1000.

I played with ETC sometimes in the middle of these year and then I moved out from the market once it started going down around 13$.... I will I held them :-(

A lot of people did the same, it is not your fault, who was going to know that this forked coin was going to be over $34 at some point? Probably no one.
I sold mine at $16 too, i was not expecting to see it going over $30 at the end of the year, lmao.

I think that's why I have to invest in it if in the future I want to get more profit. Because it grows at least slowly but surely.

You want more profit, why not invest in ICO? Investment ICO can obviously make more profit.

Its good for long term investment if your really a ethereum fan then you can invest on ethereum classic for long term but for short term profit you cant predict even i dont now i am splitting my fund to longest existing coins as well newest good potential coins .

Etc rising is always slowly, if u are patient invest to etc but i think u can find better altcoin like Ark, Komodo and Genesis Vision. This for short time will have big pump.

In fact, for me, any coin that just keeps rising without some news behind it or the reason for the rise, then it is just being pumped, most especially for a coin that has not really been in the limelight. ETC still have a chance to grow just like any other coin and even though it may be a copy of Ethereum, that does not mean the devs cannot get to make it run better. It has a very good chance of even competing, if things go well for this coin and if the devs are pretty active, so I will not throw it aside.

We really can't tell when the pumped will happen but we seen it before that there's support from behind, maybe big investors are just preparing
for the right time and start buying and holding the coins so value will rise up and more investors will come and show interest.

Currently litecoin $320, etc $37...

To be frank we always get jumbled in with he different crypto currencies here. The market is too big to trust on the single entity. You will never ever know which coin is going to pop in the future as there is always good development chances for the different projects and the tokens associated with it.

ETC is nothing else but the forked coin of the ETH and who knows developers might just be looking into its further upgrades. So it could happen that ETC will be spiked sooner than we think.

We were always in the ambiguity whether the LTC will ever rise or not and when it was far down below in the rates then people never looked at it with the confidence and what they did was just to see and make false comments about it. Now juts look around us LTC is like a lion with jungle safari. So same thing could happen with the ETC, what you can do is juts invest some affordable amount into it and forget about it until it rises to your desires!

That's my plan actually. Lol. Though I'm more interested in developing on it. If I am any good that is.

There's some other coins steadily rising more than ETC, like monero and litecoin. Invest in ETC might not be a bad idea but investing in ETH is better.

Yeah it is showing some movement since few days now but this could be the after effect of all the alt coins where they are going up in the market cap and ETC is not. Now for ETC to maintain the optimum position in the coinamretcap list it has to start growing itself and make a move into the price. 

There’re many more coins which are already having golden period now and if in this scenario ETC try to catch up the good rates then it may fail because its already too much for the other coins and ETC stands little chance of getting attracted. So you see here, ETC will grow but it will take time and I don’t think this is pretty golden period for us to invest into it. Its prices could be lower than what we are seeing currently. Its always advisable to invest into those coins which are in buzz currently and are really in the good stages of the development. If they are doing well then ETC has to wait if it wants to catch up the investors attention. :-)
