I think ETH at $1000 is very likely. BTC at $22000 is probably more likely than ETH at $1200 though.

If you mean this December, the time close to Christmas and New Year, I think, this price is something unreal. I am not sure that Bitcoin will gain so much, and ETH as well.

Everyone has hopes that by this year end bitcoin will again reach it all time high like it did in last year and it has been doing this for many years. Everyone is waiting for a bull market in december 2018.

be patient to wait the time is come although it's difficult to get a rise in the price, bitcoin will rise in the future. and maybe it's not just increasing for $22k but even higher. all of us still waiting bitcoin price can increase higher again like the last year, but the problem is we still in the down of the price so we need to wait for a while. the important is bitcoin price can break $10k first and then stable at that price so the price can reach higher price although the correction price can happen in anytime.
