Probably the screws are under the rubber feet. The rest should be simple I guess...
But I would be more worried about the heat, not the noise, I've heard about at least one Single fried due to temp most likely.

If you find some quiet high CFM fans...good, if not you better let it roar

Philips : I run the BitForce for abt 3 hours now and it didnt heated at all

I have a LS and replaced the 92mm fan with a 100mm SilenX fan. Also replaced a 120mm fan with a Silenx equivalent and disabled the other. Running an open box (Actually I mounted the BFL board in an open mini-ITX case). System has been running rock solid <70C for the last 3 weeks now and doesn't make a sound. (Most of the noise is coming from the BFL power brick at this point). Overall power consumption is ~130W.

I don't know the noise level of BFL miner. But I believe it will not worse than Avalon. I have to put my Avalon alone in a room and close the door all the time to prevent the jet plane noise.

Unplug everything.
Use a 3/64 inch hex wrench (very tiny) to undo the four case screws on each side.
Remove each of the grates in front of the fans
Push the bottom part of the case out from underneath of the top. You may need to put a little pressure on the edges of the case to stop the power/USB ports from getting caught in the top part of the case.
You will now have an exposed unit. You can very easily remove the fans with just a phillips screwdriver. The power portions unclip from the mobo.

I found that the unit quieted down enough with the case exposed and temperature dropped around 10 degrees C so I didn't need to change anything with the fans.

Actually the key number is CFM. There can be two fans running the same RPM but one moving significantly less air because of blade pitch.
