Announcement on EtherZero Main Network Mapping
 
Dear users:
 
The EtherZero network upgrade is about to finish, and Masternode will be released soon after several rounds of testing.
 
According to "EtherZero Network Upgrade Announcement" issued on July 12, 2018 by EtherZero Foundation, the original "Masternode+PoW" mechanism will be changed to "Masternode+PoS", which is named as MPoS mechanism. We have almost completed this project and are preparing to deploy a new network, we will map the EtherZero main network accounts at 15:00 on July 31, 2018 (depending on the block height). When the block height reaches 6114230, the switch of main network will be processed. Please kindly note that the mining after Blocks 6114230 will not be recognized by the new main network. Please avoid transferring or mining during this period. After the upgrade of the new main network, we will open a new Masternode mining mode, Stay tuned.

And thanks all ETZers’ enthusiasm on the warm-up campaign,  a large number of community ETZers express their recognition to join in this activity and nearly 1 million ETZ had been dividing equally. Under the supervision of hundreds of participants,  the EtherZero official Masternode system has been developed after several months of hard work and it’s ready for deployment to main net.

Please note that ”Master Node Witness Plan” will also be terminated today. All participants in the warm-up masternode smart contract will be required to withdraw the ETZ from contract address from July 31, 2018, and the bonus will be halted as well.

How to withdraw ETZ?
1. Log in to the online wallet from the EtherZero website
   2.Transfer 0 ETZ to the smart contract address "0xb84c1708b64892d9d58b83cc0b34212e782f8db8"

Announcement on EtherZero Main-net's Successful Upgrade & Official Launch of Masternode
 
Dear ETZers:
 
After days of effort and repeated testing, we are very excited to announce that EtherZero main-net has been completely upgraded, please pay attention to below:
 
1. The EtherZero's new main-net will be launched approximately at 10:30 on August 3, 2018, (GMT+8). While the Masternode+PoS work mechanism will be activated to insure network's normal running. At the same time, the official version of geth source code on the Github platform will also be released.
 
2. The Masternode system will be launched synchronously to main-net, and Masternode Mining Mode would encourage every ETZer to participate in mining by holding at least 20, 000ETZ and a cloud server, while every Masternode participant could get bonus based on smart contract.
 
3. The deposit and withdrawl function of exchange will reopen, while the specific time would differ from each exchange.
 
4. EtherZero's brand-new mobile wallet (EasyETZ) will be released officially, of which will support the stroage of BTC, ETZ and any token based on EtherZero ecology.

This morning the new network was launched. Slowly but surely, the first Masternodes romp around, it's growing slowly. Deposit and withdraw work partially, depending on the stock exchanges. Unfortunately, CMC does not reflect the variety of exchanges, short overview:

In addition, a new mobile wallet was completed, named easyetz, to find at https://www.easyetz.io/

This wallet I find pretty cool. Beautiful design, beautiful colors, automatically sets the language. But the special thing is the security architecture. This wallet has neither private key nor keystore. For this it requires the lock screen with password or fingerprint. For emergency recovery, a mnemonic of 12 words is still needed. All in all, quite round.

There's no tutorial on how to set up a masternode yet, but the code is on Github, and the Tutorial will Follow asap as i heard.

 Yes mate you con't mine ETZ in a POW pool again.. unless someone builds a shared masternode pool( none exist at the time of writing), you won't be able to pool mine ETZ again...

 To mine, you will need to host a full masternode by yourself.
