An Aerospace technological and Information systems Technical corporal, Dwayne Westcott, located in Greenwood, NS has been threatening me via electronic messages on a public bulletin board.

He has written he is going on a mission to Edmonton, Alberta in October, and will come visit me at my personal residence to teach me a lesson.

Please tell me where I can file an official complaint against this person.  I can provide screenshots of the threats on request.

Kidding?  You've been harassing me for days via PM, calling me every name in the book.  You sent me a dozen PMs in 24 hours!  I'm not going to stop calling out scammers for any amount of BTC, so don't even offer.

I understand however feeding into Vod's comments and then making threats, you crossed the line. He hounds everyone in the loan section, you let it get to you too much and then made threats. He has a right to report them if you sounded serious in them.

Hydroponica is lying.  I will be filing a complaint against him because he threatened to cause me physical harm in real life.  He has also sent dozens of vulgar private messages calling me every name in the book.  I gave him a chance after chance to not be reported, but clearly he is going to continue his game.

So be it - he made his bed and he can sleep in it.  As soon as I get a contact name for his CO I will involve the local police and make sure they do not send him anywhere near Edmonton.

I do - there are a lot of scammers in the loan section.  I believe you and I had some exchanges when you first started out as well!  But you didn't cross the line and proved yourself and now you can get loans with no problem!

So far he has taken out reputation loans for 0.5btc, 1btc, 1.5btc and now 2btc.  He doesn't actually need these loans - his puppet account FirstHouseFinancial funds them to build confidence.  At the same time he owns two "pump and dump" coins.  He will place loan requests on multiple lending websites at the same time.  He will place loan requests through PM at the same time.  Then he will sell all his coins, as most pump and dumps do.

Why don't you people lay the fuck off the guy. Sure, his Coin doesn't bring a whole lot of innovation, but he's a nice guy, and a good dev. From what I've seen, this has been a fairly flawless launch. The hash rate was fairly high, for a while, and not a single post, from anyone, complaining about the client, or anything to do, with the actual launch of the coin. If it had some pool support, the coin might actually go somewhere. Not very far, mind you, its not the next BTC or LTC, by any means, but its gone much smoother than a lot of the coins, that the community has supported in the past.
He's paided out his bounties, albeit only one has been claimed, thus far. He's honored his give-aways, and has created a contest, and is giving away a shit ton more.

Oh, and then there's the fact, that this is indeed, actually my coin. This was a test coin, to learn the ins and outs of creating and releasing a coin. I'd rather experience failure on my clone coin, than the actual coin I'ce been developing over the last month.
All in all, it has been a learning experience. As far as launches go, I feel mine was pretty flawless. The only failure here, was the lack of interest, due to the fact, that this is a pure clone coin.

I encourage all those he owes money to, to keep complaining to the Canadian Armed Forces.  This will FORCE him to return the scammed coins, since a fraud charge will cost him his career.

You'll have to send to more than one email. Post any emails or addresses on his reputation thread on bitcointalk, since this is not a good discussion tool. Find a local contact for his area and contact them directly. Don't get into specifics on first contact, just mention "fraud" and "employer secured" or other similar keywords to make sure the proper department receives it. I doubt he'll want to lose his job over this, so he'll probably pay everyone back. Silence and deleting forum posts are a sign he won't do it without this pressure.

I am super pissed, with BTC-Jam. This website is a total scam. First payment was due, a week after I activated the loan, and the late fees charged, are borderline extortion. I have created the email address HydroOwes@gmail.com. Send me a BTC address, and your BTC-Jam username, I will crosscheck it here, to get the ammount of your investment and I will get everyone paid back, starting from largest ammount, to smallest ammount, but I am done with BTC-Jam, and they will NOT be collecting any more fees from me. And ffs, if you have started contacting my employer, stop. It's been just over 30 days. It is not even legal to contact someone's employer, to collect debt, unless you have a judgement, and a signed court order to do so. No fraud has taken place. I've fallen behind on a loan. It was not obtained under false pretenses, and all the information used to obtain the loan, was mine, and 100% accurate. That is not illegal, by any stretch of the imagination. I will not be posting here anymore. Any further questions, can be directed to the above email address.

Why have you been deleting your messages here on this forum? There are backups on the Google Cache.  Not sure how long they will stay there so I have made the screenshots - I'll remove this link and point to the screenshots when needed.  Everyone remember reading these messages?

If you have the coins, send them to a trusted escrow ASAP and let the escrow do the disbursements.

Well, I had assumed that if I posted it on my loan page, then the people who actual gave me the loan, would receive an email notification that there was a comment posted, and then they would email me. Thank you so much for opening it to the public, and making it more complicated then it had to be. Think maybe its time to mind your own business for a while.

What more complicated?  You pay off the loan via BTCJam like you agreed to when 20 people lent you coins.  You're paying 12% on your loans and you don't want to pay the measly BTCJam fee?
