If you think it's for the ridd pool rate, it's only 0.01
There is a pool with the rate in 1.0 and in 0.1

For example, I have the rate in 0.1

There is a pool with the rate in 1.0 and in 0.1

For example, I have the rate in 0.1

Fee charged for those transaction is 0.01. I don't know how much is enough, 0.01 is the selected number by the wallet.

However, it seems that the account of @epicfailman is hacked and we didn't hear anything from him. Instead @humanitarycoin is very active for the project.
